"homosexual acts" is very vague. Will Restoration Hardware catalogues be confiscated? What about Judy Garland reissues?

Also, "Party of ideas" has always been more of a catchy slogan than a genuine principle. Maybe "the party of nihilism" was taken. Possibly "We are so transparently corrupt and vacuous we make Democratic political hacks look almost like public servants" was considered too wordy.
