Not to Worry

Boz expresses concern and rightfully so about coup rumors in Peru. No need to worry, however, as it seems clear to me that the Inter-American Democratic Charter would be invoked. Whatever plans coup plotters may have would, one hopes, be quickly quashed by their isolation.
