Still Winning for the Gipper

GQ has a list of the most powerful people in Washington. According to them Condi Rice is Number One. Well maybe but the name that jumped out at me was number thirteen - Ronald Reagan. According to the reporters a survey of GOP voters in New Hampshire came up with a unanamous longing for the Gipper to be our next President. Which would be difficult since: a) he's termed out and b) he's deceased. But I guess that a little matter like that doesn't count.
