Is the indictment of Sudan's President Omar Hassan al-Bashir bad for Darfur? Perhaps in the short term, as Bashir has engaged in some ugly tit-for-tat by kicking out some aid organizations, but in the long term, some movement had to take place on this issue. This should result in pressure on Bashir and will restrict his travel.
