Report on Human Rights in Venezuela

The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, an arm of the OAS has just released it's report on the human rights situation in Venezuela.

You can download the document as a PDF file here. The OAS, for all their shortcomings with regard to Haiti, have been trying to heal some of the divisiveness in Venezuela, but the going has been tough.
